In the news today: a bunch of gamblers bound from Boston to the Foxwoods casino in Connecticut were attacked and robbed while their tour bus was making a stop in Dedham. Which is really a perfect gambling trip, when you think about it. You get a shot of adrenaline, you lose all your money, and you still have the rest of the evening ahead of you.
In entertainment, the schedule goes like this. This weekend: Corky Romano hits screens nationwide. Wednesday: The DVD and videotape are available. Friday: The DVD and videotape are moved unceremoniously out of the "New Releases" section. Monday: Corky is shown on a flight fom San Francisco to Dallas; passengers start trying to inject themselves with anthrax. Next weekend: Entertainment Tonight does a "Where Are They Now?" on Chris Kattan. Set your VCRs!
