Red Sox/Yankees
I'm done posting for tonight...I just saw a preview of the Sox/Yank$ series which included a clip of Chuck Knoblauch's phantom tag in '99. I guess I had successfully repressed that until just now. And now I'm going to go punch a wall for 3 or 4 hours. Night.

Ha! A Boston fan pinning a dollar sign on the end of the abbreviated New York moniker? The Beaneaters are spending about as much (probably more now) as the Oakland A's and my Pittsburgh Pirates (aka Cubs-East) combined!
I can understand a Devil Ray fan feeling bitter about that issue, but not a Sox fan.

Hey, Texas is trying to dump A-Rod, maybe they'd try to get him and somehow genetically combine him and Jeter. Of course, if that were the case, it'd be more likely for them to go after Tejada, even though 'A-Jet' sounds so much better than 'M-Jet' (or 'D-Tej,' for that matter).
