Huh???

I've never followed hockey that closely, especially lately. But I just checked the standings on a whim. When the hell did the Tampa Bay Freaking Lightning become the best team in the NHL? Can anyone explain it to me?

Apparently there is a law that if you suck hard enough, you will actually turn the universe inside-out so that you are actually the best thing in it.

I think its that whole worst-teams-first draft setup. If you continuously draft from the top 5 or so players, theoretically it should eventually payoff
